Frequently Asked Questions Q: What day (or date) are you getting married? A: Sunday, August 26th, 2012. Q: What time is the ceremony? A: Planned start time is 3:00p.m. Please be on time! Q: Where is the ceremony? What is the GPS address? A: The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held in one location: The Kimberton Inn. Enter the following address in your GPS: 2105 Kimberton Road, Kimberton (or Phoenixville), PA 19442. As an alternative you can use the following coordinates: (40.130394, -75.576264). Click "The Venue" on the left hand side for a link to the Kimberton Inn's website, which also includes directions and other information. Q: What is the dress code? A: The bride and groom will be formally attired. There are no dress codes or restrictions imposed upon our guests, with the caveats that being more casual than "business casual" might feel awkward, and wearing black clothing is discouraged. If you have specific questions, please e-mail the groom. Q: What happens after the ceremony? A: Immediately following the ceremony will be a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres. After that everyone will be invited to sit down for dinner. Following dinner there will be coffee and dessert. Q: What about alcohol? A: Cocktail hour includes an open bar. Dinner will be served with a selection of wines, beers, sodas, and juices. Q: Why aren't you asking me to choose "beef, chicken, or fish"? A: Our event is at a restaurant. Although we will not have a full menu at dinner time, you will have an opportunity to make a selection when you sit down for dinner. If you have specific dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, nut allergies, seafood allergies, etc.) please state those in the comments field of the RSVP form and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Q: Do I have to eat wedding cake? A: There will be a selection of ice creams. If fresh fruit is more your cup of tea, just ask the staff! Actual cups of tea (and coffee) will also be available. Q: How will we be entertained? A: Live music will be playing throughout, from ceremony until the end of our dinner party. The musicians welcome requests, and dancing is encouraged. Q: What if I have kids? A: Your children are welcome and encouraged to attend. Please count them in the RSVP (i.e., you, your spouse, and one child would be an RSVP for 3). If your children have specific dietary requirements (as most children do), please write them in the comments box of the RSVP form so that we can notify the facility staff as needed. Q: What if I already RSVP'd but made a mistake? A: Just go to the RSVP page and fill out the form again. The forms are reviewed by humans. As long as we can identify you by name or e-mail address across multiple RSVP attempts, we will be able to figure it out, or we'll e-mail you with questions. |
